Wondering what part is called and how to remove and install new one

It's a trim piece and I have a picture. If you know the part number that would be helpful too but Any guidance is greatly appreciated. The one on my car looks like someone punched it, it has a indent in it in the shape of someone's knuckles. I will attach a image. It's number 16 on the diagram. Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure what it's called other than b-pillar trim cover.
Instead of buying a replacement, it might be cheaper to just buy pillar covers.
They sell it on ebay for about $30. Something like this.
Just make sure you order the right one for your car (3dr, 5dr, 4dr?).

Here is one thread from a 5door hatch though this one looks like a DIY.

The part numbers are: 75756-52020 for the left side and 75755-52030 for the right side.

They are snapped on with clips (which often break in the process of removing them).
