Need help in the Eugene/Salem/Portland area

Ok.... So i'm thinking about a Christmas (or possibly birthday) present for the GF. For some reason she likes muscle cars (mustangs, camaro's, chevelles, etc) ... and to drive fast, so I was thinking of possibly finding a way to buy her something like a handful of laps around a race track in a classic muscle car.... or even down a drag strip a few times.

Anybody know of any businesses, or private parties that would be willing to rent such a car for such an occasion, or any clue about how I would go about setting this type of thing up... I understand that it would cost a decent chunk of change.
