COW - Critical Online Window
CoB - Close of Business
BoB - Before Open of Business ( Couldn't have 2 of the letter o in the acronym otherwise we'd have a problem with laughter)
TLA -- Three Letter Acronym (self explanitory)
WTF - My wife has a teacher friend that has a stamp of WTF and uses it when grading papers. She insists to the students that it means.. "What's This For??

H2IK - Hell IF I KNOW - Somethign I heard from that show Defying gravity

PEBKAC - Problem Exists between Keyboard and Chair. This is typically followed up with the statement "there is a nut loose behind the keyboard"

A few from work:

TSA: Tax-sheltered Annuity / 403b (retirement fund offered to public service employees)
FA: Fixed-annuity (retirement fund based on how much you invest + guaranteed interest rate to the time of liquidation)
VA: Variable-annuity (Same as FA, but interest rate is based on stock market conditions)
WL: Whole Life (life insurance policy that stays active as long as your still alive and making payments on your premium)
UL: Universal Life (same as WL but with added cash value, can be used for future premium, cash-outs, etc.)
TL: Term Life (same as WL, but only covers a given number of years)

Now that we got all the boring stuff out of the way, here's one my black friend told me:

PONTIAC: Poor Old N***A Thinks It's A Cadillac

LOL

If I posted the acronyms I deal with on a daily basis, I'd fill pages worth of it. I think I printed the list once, and it totaled somewhere around like 10-15 pages worth... Damn SSA and fed gov't for all their crap!
