i would put rain-x on the rear window.

there's no aftermarket wiper blades for the rear. you can only get refills... or ~80$ for the rear wiper/wiper arm.

Just get a large rear spoiler and it would act like a shelter for your rear window when it is rainning, so you would rarely need to use the rear wiper.

If your blade is new and it has enough water on the window and it still squeaks you might try adjusting the blade angle as it wipes across the surface.or maybe the spring is putting too heavy a pressure on the blade.

My blade doesn't squeak, but the arm motor itself is REALLY loud.

Actually, mine does the opposite; the spoiler collects puddles of water and dumps it down onto the back window whenever you move.

XXX Wiper

Mine's a squeeker. Always was, even when its spitting (rain). Guess I need some rainxxx. Did the double joint mod on the arm from the DIY section so I can fold the arm back when cleaning the window.

No noise. But I wish there was some speed control. I just turn it off and on once in a while.
