LilRedRocket and Lazerdot will be at Mineral wells for the Equipe Rapide event on July 5th. Would be cool if some other Yaries could show up...we may need parts...We will try to get some pictures.

We may need parts? If you think you may need a donor car for an autocross you're doing it wrong.

i broke a set of shift cables back in the day.. the retaining clip on the transmission worked itself loose.. popped the trans in 2nd gear and finished the day off.. took home a trophy in my class too :D now i keep spare clips in the glovebox

Is that the clip that holds the SS on top of the Transmission? I have the little ss that I think I got from TRD. Works great but one clip holds it on.

no, we have different cable mounts. it's the clip that actually retains the cable housing.

I plan on the in cabin ssk by NST to augment what I have on the engine. DO you see any issues with that set up. I hear it will really give the shifting a tight, positive feel. Right now it's 2nd gear the whole time on the courses we usually run. A quick shift ability may allow some flexibility and better times.
