In Vitz there is no dipstick to check the quantity and quality of transmission oil. You do not worry about T/oil it is good for about 100,000 km. Then u could change it.

By the way what is your ODO reading?

Do not worry about the quantity of T/Oil. It does not reduce while driving like engine oil. In Vitz even they did not put dip stick; because it is not necessary. So do not worry about quantity and quality both. If your spark plugs are iridium tipped then only clean them while tuning. They could go even more than 100,000 km. My ODO reading is about 16000 km. For long trips I use Honda City which is fitted with CNG.

No dipstick on my 99' Land Rover Discovery II either. If I wanted to check it, the car had to be at full operating temperature, then I had to get under the car and remove a fill bolt (just like a manual tranny). I don't understand why they did that, it's a PIA...
