Just my luck

about 3 weeks ago i purchased a set of Yokohama AVID TRZ tires for 470$ total (with installation and taxes!) , not 2 hours ago the superintendent for my building asks me if i want 4 new bridgestone Potenza RE92 tires for my yaris ... for free.... im pissed that i could have saved some money, but im happy i dont have to buy tires for the next 8-10 years

i also have a set of hankook winter tires, because these bridgestone tires were made in 2008, after the next winter season is over ill put the bridgestones on instead of the yokohamas, throw the yokos in my storage locker and use the bridgestones till they wear out.

the yokohama's are superior tires, by a whole hell of a lot. You can buy bags made especially to keep tires better while storing them.

i thought about it , but bridgestone tires suck, they have a utq wear rating of 160 vs 700 (yokohama avid trz)

those are the ones i got for free, ill keep my yokohamas this summer, after the upcoming winter i will put the bridgestones on and wear them out first. the bridgestones probably handle better in the corners but i dont rag on this car( i need it to last as long as possible )
