clunky gear clutch/gear changes

does anyone else yaris ts/sr make a clunk when releasing the clutch?

when i release the clutch while changing gears i 90% of the time get a clunk just as the clutch bites onto the flywheel.

or when the cars turned on and in neutral when ever i release the clutch just as it engages it clunks , when the bonnets open you can hear it really loud.

is it okay or is there bigger issues
