Doors wont stay locked! Help!

My door lock remote wont work, but the panic button does, and when I manually press the lock button on the door there is a click sound under the steering wheel and the doors just unlock by themselves?? What the Hell????

I had these same problems on my Golf. That is why I bought the Yaris without the remote and power stuff, for me that stuff has always been problematic. Is your set up aftermarket or Toyota. Just take it into Toyota if it's stock. Good luck.

Sorry guys nevermind! I was trying to hook up a high to low pass converter, and must have connected the wrong wire somewhere. Soon as I disconnected the loc, it started working again. Thanks for the reply though brick.
