re-finishing bbs rs reps

I bought these wheels on a whim for 100$. theyre Prime style 250s from 1995. 16x7 et32. The wheels have dual drilled 4x108 / 4x114.3 lug holes so i am thinking of a 4x114.3 to 4x100 adapter which leaves the wheel with an effective offset of 7. I have all four wheels but two are shot, major lip bend on one and a minor one on the other. they probably hold air but im not running vibes all day on my DD. so these wheels are going to be on the rear (since i feel i can manage such an aggresive offset there as opposed to front) and i am in the market for matching or very similar meshies for the front with the correct bolt pattern and different offset. All that being said (ugh!) anyone have any info help or ideas achieving this offest in the rear? other options as opposed to a spacer adapter?? ive never rolled or pulled fenders but i am not afraid. the car is damn clean for its age but its not perfect so its a good one to learn on. currently lowered on thesehttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00QLUAVPC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
which only dropped me about 1.75 rear 1.5 front, i may remove the coil isolators for another .75 inch drop, any experiences there?

A wheel repair shop can generally fix bent rims without much difficulty and then re-polish the lips. I would get them filled and re-drilled to 4x100. I'd get the shop to shave 2 wheels to ET38.

theres not a wheel repair shop within 150 miles of me to do this job for under 300$. i checked. for months. i picked these up 3 months ago off craigslist from a guy who said he thought they were 4x100 and i belived him. id never seen a 4x108 / 4x114.3 before. threw me for a loop. lol im enjoying refinishing them by hand i wouldnt pay someone to polish them and for the price of bend repairs a pair of meshies will come up on craigslist from an e30 or something similar eventually. now the fill and re drill thing... never thought of that...

Not harsh, just noisey they are isolators in the sense they aren't for suspension but they take the rotational energy of the spring as it compresses and gives it something sonically isolated from the tophat,
