Official BEER Thread!

Post up your favorite beers and even breweries you've visited!

I recently went on a beer trip vacation, so I guess I'll start...

Favorite beers:
I pretty much have certain types that I like: IPAs, Porters, Stouts, and Hefs
  • Russian River's Pliny the Younger
  • Black Flag Imperial Stout (Fresh Hop Edition)
  • Moylan's Imperial Stout
  • Moylan's IPA & Hopsickle
  • Lost Coast's Tangerine Wheat
  • Skyscraper's Bulldozer Honeyweizen
  • Eel River's Acai Berry Wheat
  • Bear Republic's Racer 5
  • Abita Purple Haze
  • Dogfish Head Festina Peche
  • Dogfish Head 90min IPA
  • Avery's White Rascal
  • Almost all of the Stone Brewery's creations
There's so many more I'm not listing... these are just some of my recent favorites.

Breweries Visited:
  • The Bruery, Fullerton (didn't get any pics)
  • BJ's, Various soCal locations (no pics, since we go there all the time)
  • Rockbottom Brewery (soCal Locations)
  • Alcatraz Brewery (soCal location)
  • Anchor Steam, San Francisco
  • Speakeasy, San Francisco (only found where they manufacture the beer; no tasting room)

  • North Coast, Fort Bragg (sampler below)

  • Lost Coast, Eureka

  • Eel River, Fortuna

  • Bear Republic, Healdsberg

  • Russian River, Santa Rosa

  • Ace Cider, Sebastopol

  • Third Street Aleworks, Santa Rosa (most likely a local place)

  • Moylan's, Novato (best sampler, ever!)

  • Oggi's (Left Coast Brewery), Santa Clarita
