There are kits you can purchase that are a compressor with the tire sealant in one unit. You plug it into the 12V outlet and it pumps the sealant into the tire as it's inflating and seals the puncture until you can get the tire replaced. That's what I'm looking at doing as well and getting rid of the jack under the driver seat.

There is a jack under the driver seat? I didn't know that... I thought the tools in the trunk is the jack...

Since we are RHD here, the jack is under the passenger side (left front) seat and not in the trunk. The other bits are in a box in the trunk.

REALLY?? MY BAD!!!! What about the YRS or YRX that has teh slide out tray under the passenger seat? The Yaris hatch i looked closely at was a YRX, and im SURE (near 99% positive) the jack was in the back rear 1/4 panel or something near the spare tyre.

Again... i could be wrong. hmmmm

Mine is definately under the driver seat. My dealer had a new car orientation and showed us all where the jack is and took us on a short tour of the car, no pun intended. I thought it would be boring, but there were a lot of questions that I didn't really think about that other owners were asking. Then they showed us the jack and I thought that it's good I was there or I wouldn't have known. LOL

I'm not really sure what you're asking. There's about 6 inches between the floorpan and the deck except where the spare tucks a bit under the hatch (the spare lays down at an angle, not flat). Unfortunately I'm out in California this week so I can share the photos I took when I took everything out, but assuming you're losing the tire you should have plenty of room to stick a sub in there if it's on the shallow side.

no onto the topic: I know that AudioForms makes something similar to what you are talking about for Scions, you might want to talk to them & see if they have plans to make one or more models for the Yaris.
