How to route rear (parking) camera cable?

I would like to install a rear view camera on my 2012 Yaris and before I'm beginning to destroy the hatchback door, I'll be glad to receive any possible advice/guidance, preferably from someone who already did it.
Thanx

No need to destroy the door. The interior lining pulls off the door fairly easily.
I used a straightened wire coathanger with a loop in the end to fish around the rear window to the existing wiring loom rubber duct at the top of the door. You may need to preform some curves in the wire to get around the corner of the window.

Once you have the damera and wiring installed, you want to remove any slack to stop the wiring rattling in the door when you hit bumps on the road.
