Fan not turning on
Help fan not coming on my 99 yaris I put power to fan it works change the thermostat still not working is there any relay or fuses

The 30A RDI fuse feeds power to the fan.
There are two relays: FAN NO.1 Relay and FAN NO 2. Relay. The ECM and the AC ECU both have the ability to make the fan run. If you start the engine and turn the AC on, the fan should immediately start running.

the 30a look ok and my car doesnt have ac so we only have one fan no1 relay i swap the relay with the horn relay not difference

coolant
you sure the coolant is hot enough to turn on the fan? put an elm32 obd2 reader on the obd2 plug and use your smart phone to check the coolant temperature. I believe the fan don't turn on until the coolant is up to 195-200F, Your thermostat could be stuck open.
