Fuel pump issue?
Well I am starting to notice my 2010 with 55k + miles is starting to require a few more revolutions of the starter before it starts. I'm thinking i have a fuel pump starting to crap out. No other issues with accellaration or rough idle etc. Any thoughts or suggestions?

That is typically an indicator that the battery, rather than the fuel pump, is getting tired.

Thank you CT.
The only reason I was leaning toward the fuel pump was that I had a Chevy product, before I knew any better, that behaved very close to the same way. I will have the battery checked soon. Thanks again. |

also make sure that you don't have any lose grounds. those can cause you starting issues easy in the Yaris.
