Front and Rear Suspension

Alright, im still a noob here with a yaris. I recently just purchased Drifz Wheels from craigslist and i do believe the size tire that came with it is wrong, 225/45/17s.
If there is a heavy load it seems to bottom out.
I have about 55K miles on the car and thinking it might be the suspension. What is the best for regular driving and most comfortable for long trips? I know coilovers are the best, but just looking for shocks and struts...

Thanks...

Tokico shocks/struts and Progress or TigerTec springs. But your wheel/tire combo is a little on the large side for the Yaris

ya thats what i thought. lol They came with the Nankang wheels, and i am planning on changing them since i heard they suck. I was thinking either 205/45/17 or 215/45/17s...
