I got a Nintento Wii, a new Samsung Juke cell phone from my husband, a 10 inch frying pan from my sister, a $45 gift card from my mom, and some clothes from one of my grandmothers. We do the secret Santa thing on my side of the family.

From my mom-in-law I got a trunk organizer for the Yaris and a blank to have in the car.

I got to see my son really enjoy his Christmas, even though he was sick. It was the first time we did the whole milk and cookies thing for Santa too. The looks of happiness and laughs of joy were the greatest gift I got this Christmas.

Amongst other awesome gifts (food!), I got this latest addition to my garage, Master Chief's new favorite ride:

And this little gift to myself, an Arduino programmable microcontroller board (yup, I'm a geek with big ideas):

Oh my bad, thanks PK for the troll which I promptly bashed

Board was a "starter kit" with a bunch of accessories, got it from adafruit.com , $65:

As to what I plan to do with it? You'll just have to wait and see (if I can actually pull it off) but it'll be awesome

One of the items I got for Christmas was the Yaris armrest with black leather on top. It will be handy for my 11-hour trip back home.

Use that permit now, cause after you're married, you won't be using it anymore
