Willow Springs Raceway | 2zrVios at TRD Cup Round 8

Check out our 2nd place finish in Unlimited class at WSR, this was a lot of fun.

you too man, I was pissed when they told me ride alongs were not allowed. I was hoping to have friends check out the car at speed.

The car is fast, but I definitely held it back trying to stay safe. I know there is another 2-3 seconds in it..:-(

Yeah, it's pretty lame, but it's WSIR's rules.

If you come out to the final round at Buttonwillow, they allow passengers!

Good thing you didn't go all out, don't end up like me lol. My car should be good for the final round, hope to see you there!

Let me talk to the wife, renting a trailer and towing the car definitely adds cost but its not terrible. Also I need to go over the car and send out the oil sample. I would love to go though.

on another note....I need to improve by 7 seconds somehow to be a contender in unlimited haha

No worries it's totally understandable, costs add up quick!

I really liked this picture. 'Murica trying its best.

Love the series of track videos you're posting Tom.

I had to laugh a bit when I read the video description -

The car has more time in it but I don't have enough "track speed" experience, so I tend to be conservative.
says the guy blowing past a Porsche in a Yaris..

I understand what you mean though, always best to make it home in one piece vs many.

haha! funny thing is that Porsche was bullying and passing myself and other cars on the warm-up lap. Haste made him falsely confident
