aFe intake for 1.8L Yaris?

I have intakes in stock now for the Scion xD, which shares a motor with you guys. We don't know if the intake will fit exactly for your cars, but it probably will!

Just letting you know - I'll be putting them up on the website this week. Nice intake mod for the 1.8L motor, claiming I think 6 hp gain.

If I end up with a Matrix TB I'll probably pick one up so I don't have to resize anything.

^^^

Won't work.

The MAF sensor from the xD is different from the Yaris MAF. The sensor won't fit. All the rest should be pretty much the same.

does this fit on yaris ts 1.8?
http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...rod=69-8612TFK
big difference between 1.5 and 1.8 regarding the intake?MAF sensor is different?and it's a pipe on the tube from airbox.what's that for?(refer to 1.8 engine).because the 57i kit doesn't seems to me that it gains more HP.could be adapted this intake kit on 1.8 engine?i saw that only fujita has an intake kit which gains a few HP.

The K&N kit for th e1.5L won't work on the 1.8 and don't waste your money with the 57i kits. That is just a cone filter sold at the price of a full intake.

So far I have confirmed that the Fujita Inatke for the xD does work inthe Yaris TS. The fitment is not 100% but is close enough.

Also, I will be test fitting a xD AFE CAI in a few days and will report back to all the TS owners. My guess is that it will fit nicely. But in case you don't want to take any chances you can just wait for the report.

BTW the place to get the the AFE Intake is: microimageonline.com Best price and will ship worldwide!

You just need to send a private message to " Cali Yaris" he is a Forum sponsor and owner of the online store microimageonline.come

Cali will send you a quote with the shipping cost to your country.

hey guys, I have the same K&N also and love it, I could have found it a little cheaper on ebay, but I wanted a valid warranty so I got it at here. K&N 69-8612TFK, or you can try one of the vendors on the forum here, you can usually find a good deal that way as well. This was very easy to install and I love it.
