Just purchased "new" 2007 LB 5spd

Hi,

Just picked up weathered 2007 Yaris 5spd with 91K miles. Car has seen better days as the original owner was a smoker and really didn't care for it. Scratches and stains a plenty. I'm hoping to getting it back into decent shape and use it as a daily commuter/weekend adventure. Will get pics up shortly.

congrats on the buy. I'm assuming you got a good deal on it due to the past ownership?

Have a look around the forums for a few things to do/check on the Yaris to make usre it keeps running for a long time

Thanks! Yeah it was a fair deal at $3.5K since I'm hoping it will last me another 90K miles.

Replacing cabin filter to get rid of the post-smoking smell. Getting synthetic oil since I'm not sure what they had in it. There was a small leak in the rear compartment coming out the right light panel that I need to investigate.
