Any difference on Tanabe front Strut Bar VS Unknown ebay Strut Bar?

Hi to everyone! I'm just ebay-browsing today and found this Yaris extremely cheap Strut bar:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TOYOT...ht_2909wt_1585

I'm not sure if have any difference this cheap bar VS Tanabe bar.
Anyone have been the experience with both cheap and branded strut bars?
Is changed the stability and handling of the car?

I guess the stability has more to do with the width of the bar... like a 27mm bar would be more stiffer than a a19mm bar

Please correct me me if i am wrong

From what i have seen , the Tanabe might have a bit more strength in the
end , but very minimal , preformance depends on install to be honest ,
ie wheather you preload the bar or not and in which direction you preload it ( pulling the tower in or pushing it out ).
No doubt if i am wrong someone will speak up.
