Megan front lower strut bar install ?

Got a Megan front lower stut bar for my 2007 yaris hatchback, everything I read seems to be a simple install so I purchased one. As recommended after using a breaker bar to loosen and used an air wrench to spin out the bolt. The bolt comes out about 3 1/2 inches and then just spins I tried reinstalling and loosening again and putting downward pressure to no avail. I cannot see the other end where this bolt goes up into the chassis. Anyone have any ideas? or done this?
Thanks

After lifting up the carpet and confirming no nuts, used small sledgehammer hitting a vise grip, after lots of rust, bolt fell out.

DONE, let you know if I feel any difference.
