suckerface's '08 3dr HB "Ænimus" (56k WARNING!!)

Hey everybody! So, I've been lurking on MI and YW for awhile now, but never really took the time to do a proper introduction or presentation of my car. Hopefully this thread will fulfill that purpose!

My girlfriend and I purchased our Yaris used in April '10. It had about 42k miles, and had only minor scratches and a couple small dents. The dealership agreed to have these repaired with the purchase and they did a FANTASTIC job.

We haven't gotten anything too fantastic done with it yet, but once tuition is out of the way...well, let's just say I'm excited

::MODS::

Cosmetic: Tint (15% AS1, 30% doors, 20% backseat/hatch), TYC Tail lights, de-badged

Engine/Trans: NST Short Shift Kit (Engine Bay), NST Shift Cage Bushings, NST Shift Cable Bushings

ICE: JVC KW-AVX800 with custom USB mount

Time for the pics!

Right before the tint, a few days after purchase.

(Pardon the dirt and the temp plates :yuck:)

Close up of the driver's door after the second tint attempt

Next we did the Head Unit and Tail Lights:

Recently got a chance to use a clay bar and got some shots:

You can get a good look at the tails and de-badging in this shot:

And lastly, in the wild next to a newer sibling...

...and a tiny BMW...

*WHEW*

Long post, I know, but thanks for looking! Any feedback would be great as you all have been my source of inspiration and motivation!

If you want to drive up to Madison, I'd be more than happy to
A friend helped me with mine, and he's a MECP, so you'd be in good hands.

Looks great! You should get rid of the amber bulbs and get some chrome ones (they light up orange just fine). I put some in my TYC tails and up front, looks really good.

My next mods will probably be in the lighting department. I want to replace all the interior lights with LEDs, get a neon accent setup in the foot wells, and Garm's LED ignition ring. As far as the exterior lighting, I'm game for any input. I'm planning on replacing the bulbs in the tails (LED or chrome, haven't decided), the side markers, and eventually an HID projector retrofit on the head lights.

Do you by chance have some links for me?
