NEX Coilovers?

I stumbled across these on ebay. They are cheaper than other coilovers. I did a google search and only horror story I saw was one guy with a slammed VW Golf had on crack in half. Does anyone have any experience with this brand

I have no useful information on these but they don't seem to offer much of an adjustment. Personally, that's why I want coilovers.

$645 + $62 = $707. Megan Racing coilovers are $850.

Do you get a $143 difference? Don't know.

Quote:
Adjustment range is for the front is 1.0"-2.0" and the rear is a 1.0"-1.5" drop.
Not much lowering adjustment there. Also, how long will the shocks last? How well does the seller back up their products with service?

With these thoughts in mind, you can make a choice based on your needs and your tolerance for risk.

never tried it on yaris before, but I have 2 friends using the nex coilover on their honda accord, and they loved it .

it's really comfy compare to other brands outthere.

I'm all for a deal, but for me your suspension isn't the place to cut costs.

I would agree...usually...I picked up a set or Tein coilovers for $550 on Ebay. The company placing the auction put "coil over" instead of coilover. No one must have seen it. Now that I have coilovers, I will never go back to normal suspension.

I'll point out, just for information, that we really only have coilovers on the front. The rear remains a spring + shock combo (with or without more adjustment parameters) no matter what you buy.

I have to agree with people here.
With handling, its either you go cheap and regret it down the road. Or buy a quality proven brand/product and be happy for the long haul.

I had the choice of being the only Yaris in the US with C-one shock/struts or Tein Coilovers, I went with the Teins out of that they were a good overall buy, and if needed can be overhauled if they get to that point of replacement.

Im with you guys... I had the k-sport coilover for my mazda3 sedan, bought it for $900 when it first available ...a year later, the rear struts blown... and I sold it for $150 for the set...

you get what you paid for I guess
