almost trade in the yar yar for abarth
well, went to the fiat dealer to test drive the abarth this mornng because I was so curious to compare my yaris with all the mods with the fiat abarth. Stock abarth run for 170 hp on sport, while my yaris is about 125WHP on dynojet or maybe 150 hp ish on the crank. but I have 18" boat anchor and the abarth has the lightweight magnetti marelli rims.
these are what I like about the abarth: 1. the interior is screaming luxury for the price ...leather stiching dash cockpit. 2. the steering wheel is fat yet nice to handle ...plus the flat bottom 3. Exhaust sound is " pure italian" ...sex !! 4. car feel solid, less rattle than the yaris ...new car feels ..lol these are what I like about the yaris: 1. feel a lot lighter and pulled harder than the abarth 2. cheaper monthly payment 3. its pretty much souped up ...and I can start looking for another toy ..lol I think at this point, I wont trade my yaris for the abarth..... if I dont have the yaris at this point then I will get the abarth for sure. So either Im going to get the xxr 527 for look or hunting for a lightweight wheels such as oz superleggeras, ultra leggeras or maybe the racing hart CP035 .... |

weren't you continplating on doing this about a month or so ago?? and isn't your yaris boosted? your in the same situation im in and out of constantly.
I toy with the idea of getting rid of my paid off 2005 evo 8 with a shitload of mods done, and just getting something new. but in all reality its not worth it considering all the money i've dumped into the car. just keep the yaris and if you have enough money get the abarth as another play car. if its out of your price range and the only way you would be able to get it is with selling the yaris, then look into an older car to mess with MR2, 240,civic etc on a side note i would love a set of those abarth wheels for my yaris.

I really want an Abarth too, but the dealers here are tacking on a $5000 premium which puts them right at $30K (waaaay too much for that car). When the prices come back down to earth I will look at them again.

when we looked into just a regular 500 before the the 2012 yaris came out and the abarth came out, they supposedly had a "fixed" price on all fiat 500s. meaning the price is the price and you cant haggle them down. its a nice car for what it is, but its definetly not worth it for the price.

man evo8 sounds good too ...lol
I had quoted for $24700 for a plain white abarth with the 17" upgrade wheels, and red leather premium interior , the build time is about 45 days waiting. yeah I should keep the yaris since I spent quite a bit already on it..plus I have 2 other cars with 500 HP :D, but I always wanted a new car ...lol , and theyll buy my yaris for $8000 if I get the abarth today .... I was like ...err let see ..lol |

Pricee is the only issue. You can get a real nice subaru brz for arounf 26k that will smoke the abarth. And it looks fast! |

As for you if you already have a fast car, plus your nicely done up yaris why look at the fiat?? and throw yourself into more payments?? payments suck you could be spending that money a house, more mods for your current fleet of vehicles, or just going out and partying lmao whatever floats your boat really. whatever you think of considering to do, good luck and just make the right decision. remember the novelty of a new car wears off after about the second month, then its just another car again

are you offering them for free? I probably wouldn't even drive a honda for free though. You'd have to pay me say $40k a year? sound good?
