Soft Brakes after Clutch Replacement?

Hey Folks,
Just replaced clutch and flywheel on '08 Yaris RS HB.
Odd thing... after completing my brakes have become soft, and i feel a slight pull to the right when braking.

Did I miss something... bleeding brakes... bleeding salve cyl?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers Rob

The Yaris shares the same fluid for the clutch and the brakes. Definitely worth bleeding the whole system. An alignment is always needed after messing with the transmission since so many suspension components have to be disconnected.
