Having the same problem ... hate it when people don't update with the fix

What exactly is yours doing or not doing (does it crank but not start, not even crank, etc.)?

Thanks for the reply ... so this morning after my nighshift i went to the garage checked the relay with my mechanic and it was good ... took off the starter and the problem was the exposed coper wire that goes from the solenoid to the starter motor (ground ?)
unfortunately i didn't have my cellphone to snap some pictures but the damn wire just fell to pieces when i touched it
anyway grabed a brand new champion starter 3 years waranty and it started right up

Scott , if it a good idea to put some greasse on that wire to prevent it from coroding ?

Sure. That would definitely help, particularly since you are in an area where road salt is used.
