Question for CTScott
First, this is a great forum, and CTScott your DIY information is fantastic.
Thanks for helping out a new Yaris enthusiast! OK, so this is about the TPMS system. I came across this discussion on a Infiniti forum... http://www.myg37.com/forums/d-i-y-in...-for-free.html It describes how to put the TPMS ecu into learn mode. Have you ever heard of this before and is this something that would work on the Yaris?? It would sure make things easy for those of us with a second set of wheels/tires! Thanks |

Unfortunately the TPMS on the 08-11 Yaris doesn't support a learn mode other than with a service tool.
There is a thread on here that I posted with instructions for how to read and reset stored diagnostic codes, by just jumping two pins on the ODB connector, so at least that part is doable.
