How to fix sunken control panel

Hey everyone,

Own a 2006 Yaris

Just wanted to ask if there’s a tutorial for fixing a sunken control panel.
(ie where the controls for the windows and door locks of the driver side have depressed down)

I have opened the panel up and i could see that parts of it have been chipped off which i’m assuming is from wear or tear / slamming the door hard. I have tried using epoxy to “glue” the bits together but it held up for only a week.

Are there are any suggestions or a DIY on how to properly fix this or should i just get a new one outright ?

JB Weld maybe worth a try.
Best option maybe a wrecker for a used part.
Good luck.
