gimmie a "Brake"

hi people,
I believe I'm due for new brake pads... can anyone recommend a good place w/ good customer service? (SoCal area)

Are you going to install them yourself or do you want a shop to do it? I used to go to Discount Tire Centers. The last time, I bought pads and a new rotor so I had my mechanic install everything.
