Snow Chain Yaris My 2015.... is it possible??
Hi everyone,
I'm writing from italy, and i have a question that i didn't find an answer... i need to know if is possible to mount snow chain on the yaris my 2015, that mount the 175/65 15' wheels... i read on the owner's manual somethings about 4mm chain's, but i didn't understand what that 4mm means... i don't want to buy a winter tyres cause, here in italy, where i live, seldom snows, so i need the chain jut in case that i will need to drive on a snow... let me know if someone of you had expirience with that. Thanks in advance, and sorry about my english... if you don't understand somethings, i will be happy to explain it better. |

This thread made me aware of the Autosock so I ordered one. FedEx delivered it today. Now all I need is another snowfall to try them out. I do have regular chains but never put them on although I have been stuck a few times but shoveling was enough to get me going. Thanks for the heads up. Oh, they are a hell of a lot lighter than the chains.

yep! try not to drive on pavement too much, it will wear quickly. if you are just on snow pack/ice/deep, they are good forever! (relatively speaking)
