Finally boosted!

Bought saplaymate's Rotrex kit.

As of right now the boost is set low. I am waiting to install some gauges before fine tuning it. I paid a buddy $350 to install and reprogram the computer. I am planning on getting a custom 3-stage ceramic clutch made & possibly a stoker kit from Japan & LSD.

I am running the 1zz throttle body & was advised to get a magnetic actuator for it from a Celica to offset response delay.

I blew the stock belt 1st time driving it & still need different spark plugs.

Thanks. Yeah, It has the smallest pulley on it, so the blow of valve is almost always going, but right now boost is set low. I think I need a LSD before raising the boost more.

Their kit may or may not be better than the blitz but at least blitz will answer the phone, call you back and answer emails.
This is one of the most outragous things i've heard... did you buy your blitz because you could get tech support???

There is nothing wrong with the PE kit infact i bet it will produce better numbers then the blitz. Its not like its a noname supercharger he has. The supercharger is made by a company called rotrex. Its supercharger will produce more top end power and will generate compressed air with a lower tempature. Plus it won't choke at the higher rpms like the blitz will when you start running some serious boost.

BTW my goal is to twincharge my engines with a couple of rotrex superchargers.

Good luck JBIZZ. i look forward to seeing a dyno sheet.

i hope it produces the numbers it was claiming; unlike chino charles's situation. lmao.

my top end power is more than fine thanks to my exhaust set up.

For clarification, the reason my car isn't putting down the numbers ZPI claimed is because I have a bad tune, which Peterpoop knows but conveniently omits every time he brings my build up.

Congrats on your supercharger! Daring to be different. I dig it.
