what is this part called? (2014 Yaris LE 2-door, plastic shield protecting belt)

2014 Yaris LE 2-door hatchback

Behind the Front Passenger Wheel there's a plastic shield that seems to be protecting a belt of some sort (possibly from dirt, etc.).



What are they called please?

• the plastic shield (where the red arrow is pointing)
• the belt (behind the plastic shield)

Reason I need to know: it's broken, and I need to reorder it and install it.

My guess:

• the plastic shield is a Radiator Support Splash Shield (Right): https://parts.toyota.com/p/Toyota_20...144152180.html
