Red face Problem with transmission

Hi all first of all let me thank you in advance for reading this topic pass.

Well it turns out that in trying to get in the car is like changing the shift lever touches against something, that is given to all but feels more changes to get into 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place and slightly.

It is as if to bite changes, only plays into something, after 1 second of pressing the lever, and enters the change happens. I would like to know the possible solutions to this.

Thank you very much.

how many KM or Miles on it? Have you ever changed the fluid? Have you ever lubed the pivots on the end of the shift cables?

You are feeling the synchronizers in action. The synchronizers match the gear speeds before letting the gears mesh.

There are a number of possible things that could cause hard shifting:
Check this web site:
http://www.freeasestudyguides.com/ha...-problems.html

Not mention in the web site is changing the fluid. The wrong type fluid will cause hard shifting, or if the fluid is too old.

The clutch should be clearly dis-engaging the engine. You can feel it if it is not. With the car in gear you should be able to let the clutch out part ways before you feel the car start to move, or the engine slow down.

Shift linkages can be not adjusted right, too tight, or too loose.

Or the transmission maybe due for a rebuild.

I had a KIA that had a bad transmission. Replaced under warranty. The new transmission always had a hard time shifting from 2nd to 3rd when cold. I never could get the dealer to admit there was a problem, however I got 110K miles out of it before I traded it, so it was not a problem.

Is Japanese, by the way Paraguay will have altered the car's mileage.
Now has 45.000.km and the car is 2001. is impossible that mileage.
I estimate is around 110,000 km

Have you ever changed the fluid?
Since I bought it a year ago has the same problem.
The second day will change the gearbox oil, use oil Vollsynthetisches liquimolly Getriebeöl (GL 5) SAE 75 W-90.
But it did not improve anything.

That I never did, how I do?

Now I see that website. The strange thing is that I spend a year and as usual, did not worsen or improve.

The car is 2001, do not think that the factory has come like that.

These transmissions do not like (GL5) fluid. You need to use GL4. That could be most of your problem. And the linkage private will be behind the airbox.
