I can guarantee that all the C-ONE performance bars fit the USDM Yaris. I dont know how the megan bars work but I have all the C-ONE products on my car. The difference can be felt immediately. Its perfect for a daily driven car with minor mods. I would totally recommend all these products despite their cost. They are expensive in comparison to megan products, but you have to see that these products are Manufactured in Japan with superior quality. C-ONE Japan studies their products and applies actual racing data in creating their products. Here are a couple of other products which you may find interesting.

This is the Rear performance bar and it replaces the rear bumper beam... in addition to stiffening the chassis it reduces weight =) very good product.

This product is pretty cool too, goes under the engine bay and prevents any foreign shit from getting stuck in there =)

Once again I'd like to point out the superior quality in all of C-ONE products, pricey but they're good, you definitely wont be disappointed

Coolness. Thanks for letting us know. I really do want the C-ONE 4-point brace, but It's going to have to wait for the TRD springs and struts first.

Yup. Someone on here on another thread had mentioned possibly making their own at their work but it fizzled. Seems nice, but unless it has a way to make it quick release, it would make oil changes a pain.

The underpanel is easily removed. Its a total of about 6-8 screws and it pops out. With a lift its easy enough, 5 minutes max to remove. Among the C-one one products its one of my favorite.

Back to my earlier post about emailing C2, I got a response:
Hi,

Thanks for your inquiry.

As for the C-one front performance bar, its fits the USDM yaris without modifications. Sold a few of these bars already.

Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Thanks

The Megan Racing bars are out. Per a conversation with my rep there, not 1 has sold yet. A few people have received fakes on ebay and are actually urged to call Megan Racing to get a dispute going against the guy selling the mislabeled items.

We have authorized Megan Racing items and they are listed in the forums as well as our site.

Thanks

Dan

Not to rain on any ones parade, but i think we know megan's quality is a shortcut to the quality shit, honestly they'r quality has bee verry disapointing..

cheap company with not a lot of R&D experience..
personal preference i guess.. would rather do something right and get the top knotch stuff...

especially since i have that extra cash from saving gas on the little yaris

megans stuff brakes.. my coilovers.. gone.. turbo manifold.. broke.. i mean even a strutbar? they suck

more than one product all need to be replaced..? pffft thats what i get for being cheap on the 180sx

If your really serious just go for the mid & rear, and skip on the front. A 4-point brace up there would do more good but it is pricey. I'm sure the front one works, but probably not as well as the 4-point setup. I wish Megan had come out with the 4-point, I would have bought that already. I just can't afford right now to shell out $280 for the C-ONE when I would rather spend that money on the TRD springs and struts.

Here is the beatrush brace:

Available at C2 for $256

Here is the C-ONE:

Also available at C2 for $308

that must be a noticable difference when driving

Also beatrush has a center bar for about $44:

+1 on getting this over megan.. just look at that effort and design..

I will still go with the statement I made numerous threads ago...I will not bring myself to put a megan product on my car.
