Flip Key FOB

I didn't have a sanding drum so I had to get gangster with it and use a cutoff wheel to sand lol. So the key looks like butt up close. I'm going to redo it here soon, but here are some pictures so you get the basic idea.

that's like the mazda keys, the only problem is that they have a tendency to get stuck.

i used to work for a car rental company and probably 1/4 of all of the mazdas had this problem.

the key gets stuck and wont' pop out, i think the key might get bent and then stuck inside,
but upon looking at yours, it's a bit different than the way the mazda's are so probably it wouldnt' pose a problem.

the boyfriend drives a VW and his key never has gotten stuck. I think it just depends on how the key was made... anyway, that looks pretty cool. how long does this take to do?

Oh haha speaking of getting stuck. I re-cut a new key and I guess I cut off to much because I went to turn the car on and the key broke off lol... Good thing there is enough slack that I used needle nose pliers to get it out. That would of been tragic.
