That's ridiculous. And notice the fine print where they advertise "certified lab tests show up to 25% improvement in fuel economy (with optimized fuel injection.)" Yes, if you've got an engine with fuel injection that needs "optimizing," you can see big improvements in fuel economy. They didn't actually claim their device did this. And "Up to" always includes zero and everything else "up to" the number mentioned, so means nothing.

Works just as well as the miracle diet pills; if you do a bunch of other things, it takes the credit, but does nothing by itself.

They have the voltage stabilizers on eBay that wire from the + to - on the battery, so this is probably the same thing but in a cigarette lighter plug. I'd lean toward the stabilizer and a ground kit over this thing...
