Do the rear hub spacers change camber at all?

rear hub spacers from penguingarage.com come with camber shims, they add about -1deg of camber.

no, they won't work together.
i don't recommend using plastic shims anyway

how do i get the most negative camber in the rear? if i decide to stuff wider wheel/tire (15X8, 195/45/15) back there and have it fit...with rolling the fender ofcoarse

The bolts supplied by PG are plenty long enough I think. There was more than enough length for my 10mm spacers and I imagine adding 2 shims won't be a problem for the bolt length.

oh haha, i figured that i would be washers lol...couldnt i just put washers behind the hub?? instead of buying the spacer if i only want to change the camber and not space it?
