In Netherlands are rear disc brakes OEM on the TS and is is a package option on the 1.0, 1.3 and the 1.4 diesel.
The package option is rear brake discs in combination with Traction Control and Verhicle Stability Control.
This package option cost in Netherlands 1252 USD. 40% this amount is tax.
In the USA maybe it will cost less when it will be an option in the future.

Welcome!

To your question: There is no answer since no one really knows.

I know olny of 1 of this engines boosted. The guy is from Puerto Rico and he has been running with 8 psi for some time now with out breaking anything.

But that is just very little information to answer a question like yours. It won't be until we have SEVERAL boosted 2ZR engines that we will really be able to tall about its capabilities.
