2008 Yaris No airbag light at all

I bought this Yaris for my girlfriend to commute back and fourth to school. We recently had the airbags replaced on the recall and they noted that the light didn't come on at all when you start the car. I replaced the Airbag ECU and still no light when I turn the car on.

I jumped the pins to get a code and the check engine light blinks NOT the airbag light. I do believe the car has been in an accident with the previous owner.

Thoughts? I am at a loss with this one. The car has the recall replaced airbags and a known good airbag controller installed, but I still get nothing. no light at all ever. The passenger airbag light functions properly however.

What do I do next? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

*NOTE* I considered that the PO maybe was some slimy sort of tech and disabled the bulb all together? I pulled the cluster apart and everything looks normal in there. The bulb is built into the board and doesn't look messed with.

He probably means the red icon that pops up on the dash when you put the ignition to ON. together all the warnings lights pop up to let you know that all notifications work properly. (Photo for reference)

Try borrowing a cluster and see what happens...

It should do a self check on all signals and go off..

Where is the fuse located? I looked though and didn't see anything airbag related.
