If they left the control arms attached, then they were tugging on the CV joints and risked ripping the boots. If the left the rear tranny mount attached, then they were yanking against all of the motor mounts. If they left the sway bar attached, then they yanked against its bushings. I still don't understand why they dropped the sub frame.

Doubt they'll ever tell us . The service advisor hasn't answered to our messages for 3 days in a row . The rear brakes they lubed and adjusted are squeaking again . The emergency brake fully engages about 3>4 " when pulled up , wasn't like that before , not sure if that's a good thing . Not too pleased with the results . The car gets inspected this weekend and will try to get them to look at the drivers side as part of it . Maybe they'll notice something with the rear brakes . Really appreciate all your input .
