Anyone had engine code P0175 on 2007 Yaris hb automatic w/181k miles on it

I was on the freeway suddenly car wouldn’t accerate , rpm keep climbing up like transmission slipping. I thought my transmission broke but when I slowed down to stop on the emergency lane. I put it reverse and it works fine then I put it in drive it works but it wouldn’t shift to next gear. Like stuck in first gear and checked engine code. It reads p0705, transmission range sensor “A” circuit.
(PRNDL input ) anyone have this problem with their car. 2007 Toyota Yaris hatchback with automatic. Checked fuse boxes under the dash and plus under the hood. No fuse blown

electrical contact cleaner worked on my speed sensors, as long as you let it dry before reconnecting and turning power on I wouldn't think it would short or cause any harm.
