Remember guys 2017 a few exciting cars are going to come out in Australia.

The all new Suzuki Swift

and Ignis.

KIA stinger RWD fastback sedan.

All new Hyundai I30.

Honda Civic hatchback. Not a fan of the sedan look. Wanna see the hatch tho.

All these underdog brands are coming with new exciting products so watch out.

I think that's a great looking car. For me, top pick on your short list as far as looks go.

Did you make it over to the Land Rover dealership?

I like the look of that model as well. I've owned 2 Volvos, and we've had 4 in total in the family. The cost of regular maintenance and repairs/parts is outrageous!

You'll just roll the lease over into financing, or?

Duh, that's right, it's the i3 in question. I got it confused with the Yaris for a second.

Explain to her that it's impossible to go wrong with a used Toyota.

OTOH while the Golf GTI is a great car to drive, current day VW reliability is appalling. It breaks my heart as I used to be a major fan of AudiVW.

Sent from my phone with Tapatalk. Please excuse any typpos.

Reliability doesn't matter much for a lease. Even the worst cars today can make it two or three years, and they'll be under warranty anyway.

@justanotherdrunk, of all the cars you've looked at, I'd go for the GTI. I wouldn't dare touch one outside the warranty period, but for a lease, why not? Sounds fun.

i dont care about perceived reliability ... all new cars are very reliable

im leasing anyway ... reliability is their problem

the gti is functionally great fast/ handles well

unfortunately the styling is kinda bland and the dealer is a knucklehead

ultimately exterior styling is the largest contributor to my vehicle choice

Well, in that case, the choice is obvious...

You need yourself a good, 2nd gen Yaris!

Just got back from a trip to the Philippines.

I rode in a Mitsubishi Mirage and Chevrolet Trailblazer.

Mitsubisi Mirage was a surprising pleasant car in traffic maybe because it was the hectic crazy traffic it was mad chaos but fun as hell the little Mirage felt at home zipping in a darting out of traffic. A lot of Yaris there too locally named Toyota Vios. These little cars are everywhere there a country where cutting someone off is embrace gotta try it's fun as hell. LOL.

Now onto the Chevrolet Traiblazer awesome SUV just luxury and great car it delivered on all aspects. It is no slouch either goes well cutting in and weaving out of the insane Manila traffic with ease There not much to hate about this car maybe the back door felt flimsy it doesn't close well. several times i had to close and re-open the the thing to get it to close properly but it only takes practice and i was all good.
