Thumbs down P/S, Airbag lights on, Radio,fan,brakes light stopped working.

I have 2007 Yaris hatch back Automatic.
I have following issue with my car and spend all day to fix it

1. PS + Airbag light on, steering is freeze
2. Car is in parking mode, can't put it in drive
3. Radio, Fan, Signal,brakes lights all has stopped working

I disconnected the battery and then ps light was gone but battery light was their after restarting the car... all lights were working after that... I turn off the car and restart it, its again went back to ps light on with no powers to cd,signal,brakes etc...
I have checked all fuse,they are good. Not battery is disconnected and connect few time,but noting is happening. Please help..thanks in advance

What maintenance work or modification were you doing when this started?

With the key on, not running, can you move the steering wheel?
If no, have you tried jiggling the wheel and turning the key to make sure the wheel is unlocking.
Is there any noise from the belt?
Did you use a meter to check the fuses?

Thanks for reply guys..!!!

Actually positive battery terminal went bad, I fixed it by soldering a new wire and trespass the fuse, its perfectly fine now... I found soulution form given link by CTScott

Fixed everything, positive battery fuse terminal was the issue...
