Which midpipe?

I have a Megan header and Megan axle-back and am using the stock midpipe. I'm wondering what options are out there that will:

1. increase size/performance
2. bolt up to my existing header/axle back without much (if any) modification
3. still be emissions legal

I see the Nitto midpipe at Micro Image but I'm not sure if it meets these criteria. I have to take the car to a shop to have the axle-back adjusted so it stops rattling, so I'm thinking I might go custom but I'd appreciate any help/feedback.

Just curious, do you drive a manual or an auto?

Read the thread about my exhaust experiment. You need to ask what RPM range you usually drive in. If it is higher, than I would recommend a bit larger pipe. Even a 2" crush bent tube is supposed to flow more than the mandrel bent 1.75".
