My little baby wont start !

This morning when I was leaving for work my little yaris (2007, 33000 km) didnt start (totally dead, no accessories or anything). I jump started it with my GF's car and went to work (30 min of driving). When I parked it, I tried to start it again and it did the same thing... Now I'm gonna have to take it to Toyota for a checkup but the thing is I just installed the DIY cruise control and I also have a subwoofer hooked on the battery... Do you guys think I shoud take everything off before going to Toyota or I can leave it as it is ??? Thanks guys

If the car runs fine once jump started, my guest is a dead battery. or something is draining the battery.

check the battery with a volt meter.

Depending on how dead the battery was, it may never hold charge again.

I would also be suspicious though if your subwoofer is hooked up in such a way that it is always draining power. I would check the battery and if it is ok take out the subwoofer and see if it holds charge then.

Thanks for your help guys ! CAA just came to charge my battery and saw that I only had a bad contact (the ground wire was loose, it's my fault I disconnected the battery when I installed the sub and didnt tight it as much as I should)... My car runs fine now !

Still do you think that Toyota would have something to say againt my Cruise Control installation if I do have to take it to the dealer for a repair under warrenty ?

not unless your warranty issue is ECM related. And even then, they have to prove your mod caused the fault. Burden of proof for warranty refusal is on the dealer.
