Testing water on 3 Drive Throttle Controller for Yaris (Vitz)

Official Group buy has started here
http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/sho...497#post404497

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi guys,

I am new here and let me introduce myself and the possible product i would be selling.

My name is Panson representing TWP Co. Ltd. Basically our throttle controller has the same quality/function as the Pivot and Blitz one but at a much lower price(under $US250).

Just wanna get a rough idea to see if anyone would be interested for this kind of product.

Of course, this kit will be a plug-N-play device without splitting/cutting any wires.
Feel free to give me comments or ideas if you happen to have any.

Sincerely,
Panson

We Could atleast let he come up with a competive price , then hit him up
to become a vendor .

After all he is not actually selling but asking if there is a interest .

Nothin' wrong with gauging interest before becoming a vendor.
I am very interested in this, but I would like to see a dyno first.

yah, you'll see a photoshopped or paint version of a dyno sheet.

:P

I am just playing. But I am hope it's not like the "super chips" on ebay with their MS Paint Dyno sheet. lmao

More options for the yaris, the better for all of us!

Yes, I am here to first test water to see if there are interests on this kind of product for Toyota Yaris owners. I have been asking people opinions/comments on several sites ranging from various make and model. Not most of the people are interested. I just wanna make sure it is worthy before I bring this product into states and register for vendor status.

Again, our product does exactly the same function as the Blitz or Pivot do, and I am currently working w/ manufacturer to get some samples. (Link for Pivot's http://www.pivotracing.com/product/THR)

For the Dyno, I won't tell you a lie claiming this product can give u 100hp in 20 mins installation.
This is just a product for u to
1. Save gas on congested driving (Eco Mode)
2. Get more rigid and responsive acceleration (Sports Mode)
Of course you can slam on gas paddle or very light on gas paddle to achieve the same function and get a tired foot in 20 mins driving.
Technology helps people live and ride easier, right?

BTW, I would like to get a rough idea on what the optimal price you guys would be willing to put down on an electric throttle controller.

I would appreciate any comments/opinions

Panson

Don't doubt the endurance of my foot/calf. If you could sell these for $150, i'm sure people would buy.

I wonder what the end result would be if we were to get this throttle controller and a fuel map controller in tandem?

This product, and all others like it, makes NO extra power. However, it can make your throttle more responsive depending on your driving habits.

These seem to go well with supercharged cars, as it helps the supercharger to engage more quickly.

For anything more than $150 I rather have a tired foot.

But seriously the Blitz and even the PIVOT are way overpriced IMHO. I can see a place for gadgets like this... but at the right price. And for what it does $150 sounds right.

Well it should also be a good thing to have for my upcoming NOS build then.

Update

We will have samples coming in by the end of the week. I will provide 1 free sample for a real life user who could help me test the product and give out thorough reviews on a long term base. I will register for vendor status after finding the tester.

BTW, could someone point me out whom I should contact w/ to apply for vendor status in this forum.

Cheers
Panson
