MICRO IMAGE OUT OF BUSINESS?

Is Micro Image out of business or am I doing something wrong? I ordered a hood seal for my 11 Yaris on 03/09 and have still not yet received it. Granted it hasn't been long, but I do alot of online ordering and this seems to be awhile for shipping, even for ground. When I tried to call the number on the website to double check about my order, it said the number was disconnected. Does anyone know? Should I worry? Did the number just change and shipping of some items slow? Is this normal? Any help or comments appreciated. Is it just me and am I just being too impatient?

They're still in business. If you're having trouble getting hold of Garm try PM'ing him directly via username "cali yaris"

IMO, this is the wrong place for dirty laundry, if there was a problem you should contact Garm directly. The man is a very busy man but believe when I say it will be handle 100%. Send an Email he will get back to you, I've been shopping from him for more than a year no problems just with postal traffic it self, and I live in Puerto Rico, he will follow up, holla.

Delay caused by switched supplier

Garm DID contact me, It seems he has switched to a new hood seal supplier, and hasn't yet tested the new seals out which is made from a different material, so I guess my order was placed in the middle of the switch from the two different suppliers, which is why there was a delay. I certainly didn't mean for the post to cause a ruckus or to bad-mouth MicroImage, I was just asking questions from people who I knew would know how to contact, or how to resolve, as I am new to these suppliers for parts for this car. I have done ALOT of online ordering in the past, and companies do close quickly sometimes, and it wouldn't have been the first issue of merchandise not received by me. Garm emailed me quick and we resolved the issue! Sorry for letting my ADHD get the best of me. Was just asking questions.
