Accessory Belt change. When??

This has probaply been asked before but i can't get a thread on it. I would like to know when is the right time to change my accessory belt because my car went for its 105000km service and i don't think they have changes it!

Any help will be appreciated!

It should be changed at about 95,000 km/ 60,000 miles
They usually start to dry rot after that.

As far as I know, changing the belt is not part of any service interval
It is considered a "wear" item that should be monitored and changed as needed.

change it when it starts to look beat up. it's not a mileage-specific date.

Not unusual to get 100k miles out of it, you if dont take 15 years.

I haven't heard of anyone blowing a water pump just yet, i've had no problems with it

Could this be the noise I hear in my car, now I hear it while driving, and right before I come to a stop(I guess when the rpm drops to the lowest). Sqeaking noise to be exact. Im at 53k miles.

If you search there have a been a few, even multiple times, after doing this mod. For like 2hp(probably a SLIGHT under-estimation, this is not a worthwhile mod)

I'm so lazy I still haven't adjusted my alt/crank belt on my civic....if it's wet outside and I drive through a puddle on the driver's side the belts squeal lol.....wish I had a splash guard....
