Thanks Chris...i've been getting stuff from J@C2 already...most of my stuff is from him...
Just wanted to ask the general public here...to see if anyone knew before i went to ask them...i only wanted to pm and ask them as a last resort ...didn't want to waste their time or ask them if i wasn't gonna buy from them.

there is no benefit from installing both. if you are thinking of max stiffness, just go with the type 2
